• We will email you a return label.
• Print return label, affix to product packaging and simply send the return item(s) back to us. Normal package return transit time is 2-5 days.
• Once item(s) are received, it will take us 1-2 business days to process your refund. The refund will be issued to the credit card used on your order.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

The way that we handle exchanges, is a return and rebuy method. Once we receive your return, we will issue you your refund. You will need to log back on to SexyModest to repurchase the item. We cannot guarantee that items will be in stock when you are ready to ‘exchange’, so this is the way we have found to be the most effective.
